Entry #1 - Blog Opinions
This is my first time ever making a blog. I didn't hear anything about it until now. My opinion about blogs is that they can be very helpful with people. The reason why I say this is because the more you write the more you will improve your writing skills. I find this very interesting, because you can share your personal experiences and share your passions with others. I feel like making a blog for myself will help me improve my writing skills and also share my passion with the readers. I'm hoping to learn more and how to make a blog nice and neat and also how to make the readers engage.
Things that I've seen about the Budget Bytes are very helpful for college students. I've seen a recipe that is under $10, and you can make a whole meal for yourself, and it also teaches college students how to make food. The Thing that I like about it is that everything is in there and you can find all the ingredients. They also made the recipe simple to make for people who are struggling to make their own meal. I find some of them really cheap and it will also help you save up.
The Health and Fitness was amazing. I like how they talk about what to eat to live longer and how prevalent alcohol is and also treatment for obesity. They also explain how to do the workout step by step and tell you the definition. I liked how they described what alcohol does to your body and affects your sleep. I hope you guys don't drink alcohol, because it can affect your liver and can get you cancer. Take care of your body and stay healthy.
The Blog I didn't like was theSkimm. I didn't like it because it's not enjoyable to read but this blog is not terrible at all. It's just one of those blogs that I don't enjoy reading.
Well, that was a little bit fun. I finally saw what a blog is, and I also enjoyed researching blogs and reading through them. Hope to see you guys in the next entry.
Hi Josh. I like how you stated what you liked and didn't like about these certain blogs. I kind of wish you could have included what they were successful and unsuccessful in relating to the structure and organization of the blog. As well as did their blog meet all requirements that a successful blog should have. For example, did they include images or links? I hope this helps. :)
ReplyDeleteI agree. I think it would have been nice if Josh included more info about what he enjoyed about the structure of other blogs. I'm glad that he learned what kind of topics he likes to read about, though. That will be useful in the future for the self-generated prompts. It's much easier to write when you know what things you are passionate about!
