Entry #7. Fresh

 

The purpose of this film was to protect the food, maintain its quality and freshness, and extend its shelf life. The audience for this film is people who watch and enjoy movies. While watching this film, I was surprised to see how chickens are processed. Farmers raise the chickens in a special building called a chicken house, provide water and food for them, and ensure they have enough space to move around. Once the chickens are fully grown, they are processed for meat by being taken to a processing plant. The chickens are slaughtered, cleaned, packaged, and then sent to the store for people to buy and eat. After watching it, I feel hesitant about eating the meat they produce because they use chemicals to fight bacteria, which can potentially damage cells in the human body and cause cancer. However, people still buy the meat at the store because it is affordable.
